We cannot live without plastic products in our life. The convenience of plastic has made human life easier and cheaper. However, our earth is currently facing many environmental concerns, and plastic pollution is one of the most serious. Humans, at the top of the food chain, will be affected by food that contains microplastics. Much of the plastic waste is unable to be recycled or people just leave it behind. I collect these pieces of plastic to rebuild them as meaningful artworks. Through this series, I hope that people pay more attention to plastic pollution and are able to decrease their use of plastics. Hopefully, my artworks are able to raise awareness in our community and make a little contribution to promote protection to our environment.
