While your eyes are shut, your remaining senses are heightened. Your emotions are amplified. Although externally you are ‘at peace’, no one truly knows what is happening in the depths of this internal space.

The Half You See explores an unseen chaos within the mind and investigates the contrast between a lived experience that is both internal and external, intangible and tangible, personal and shared. The work is non-narrative with no linear timeline and brings together experimental film techniques and rhythmic asynchronous sound to reinforce the chaos within our psychological spaces. This project suggests we inhabit and navigate within multidimensional realities, one of which is visible, and one invisible.
