I am a multi-disciplinary artist, living and working on the unceded lands of the Boon wurrung and Woi wurrung people of the Eastern Kulin Nation. During my time in the MFA, I have primarily focused on exploring identity politics, Christianity and the film genres of science fiction and horror. My work is 'campy', lo-fi and at times humorous. My overall goal as an artist is to challenge stereotypical expectations of what it means to be queer and gender non-conforming by showcasing that the LGBTQIA+ community is not a cohesive identity but a complex one with differing stories and experiences.
