Reading Backwards
My photographic style as a conceptual fine art photographer focuses on the juxtaposition of contrasting opinions within societal, political and personal themes and attitudes. My triptych series, titled Reading Backwards, seeks to present a personal experience of living life with dyslexia through exploring the significance of perspective and disruption. One of the aims of Reading Backwards is to provide a transformative visual representation of what dyslexia looks like from my perspective – as someone diagnosed with dyslexia.
