I am an ecofeminist performer and print-based artist. As an ecofeminist, my practice subverts social expectations and cultural conventions around gender identity and ecology to look at climate change as a feminist issue. Often using raw materials in my performances, I seek to articulate the enduring relationship between my body and my environment. Through the reproductive nature of print, I incorporate 'otherness' as an artistic strategy to reinforce some of my ideas revolving around fertility and reproduction. My experimental approach to my work encourages reconsideration of the intersectional relationship between nature and ourselves, both physically and spiritually.
