I am a multidisciplinary artist that explores the existence of alternate universes by utilising digital matrices. With a print-informed background, I often transcribe my views on our world's political and social climate using printmaking techniques and digital modes of making that position my artwork in an environmental context of my own creation. I am interested in transcribing the exploration of my inner world through the creation of the bbyj universe; a heterotopia of intuitively created 3-D sculptures, sounds and images that creates its own world. bbyj is an extension of myself that delves into the flow of creation through the inner child/higher self. bbyj is the vessel that allows my thoughts to be transcribed through a creative process. bbyj.online is a transformative space that allows for a web based experience of the bbyj universe.
