Osmotic Membrane

Osmotic Membrane explores ways in which the body transforms between physical and digital space. A radical erasure occurs in order for inertia with the digital environment, old agglomerations disappear and we are presented with a new concentration. This new concentration is all encompassing but the roots from our earth-bound existence constantly provoke the new order. Online, art is living and its essence is one of prolific and rapid evolution, superseding our biological capabilities. Perceptions contort as we move to exist outside our accommodating environments, even with restricted physical movement the entire body is a receptor for information. Saturation and speed defy temporal and physical measurements so surfaces, form and shape no longer signify fixed points; instead they form interruptions transmitted to us through the screen.
