In my art practice I have been exploring my own mind via intuitively painting the forms of my inner world. Since – when it comes down to it – we’re all not so different in our psyches, I hope to have my artworks serve as a strange mirror to a part of the viewer that is likely similar to a part of me.

I have been painting on found boards that already have a character to them prior to my painting on them. I believe there is a beauty in decay and imperfection; in the fragility of these weathered boards I find a sense of humanity.
